Boswellia – A plant used for centuries, and widely reported to have
significant anti-inflammatory properties. Contains phytochemicals
including acetyl -11-keto-B-boswellic acid (AKBA) which is thought to

MSM – a well known anti-inflammatory compound and bio-available source
